For Songwriters

We welcome other Christian songwriters and composers to join our site.  We publish songs from songwriters and composers that subscribe to our statement of faith.  We look for songs that are well written and properly recorded.  We do not consider marketability or potential market size in our decision to publish songs and compositions.

Our initial vision has been to publish recordings, lead sheets and scores of the same music, so that others could hear and play the music in their own homes and congregations.  However, some of the works we have published only have recorded music, some only have scores and others have both recordings and either lead sheets or scores.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We will ask you to submit your music.  If we agree to publish the music we will send you a contract.  Our contracts include a clause stating that the songwriter agrees with our statement of faith. Living Word Songs Inc. administers copy rights for its songwriters and composers.

We ask our songwriters to cover the cost of creating their first songwriter page.  Usually this expense is only a fraction of the cost of creating your own website.

Though we are located in Toronto, Canada, we welcome songwriters and composers from other countries.  Most of our transactions are in US dollars.  We currently can evaluate songs in many languages, including French, German, Spanish and Dutch.
